4.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action, or proceeding.
4.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
